How You Receive Your IDD

1.Confirmation email — sent as soon as your application is approved.

2.Download link — the email contains a secure link to your PDF.

3.Dashboard access — log in anytime to re-download your digital IDD free of charge, for its entire validity period.

No Physical Shipping

Our service is 100 % digital. Because no printed booklet is produced or shipped:

•No courier tracking is needed.

•No customs duties, VAT, or import taxes apply.

•Missed deliveries translate to undelivered emails — simply contact support and we will resend the file or provide an alternate download link at no cost.

•Still nothing? Email support@permitglobal.digital with your order ID; we will respond within 1 business day (usually faster) and resend your digital IDD.
