If a car-rental company or traffic authority in a listed country rejects your IDD, email support@permitglobal.digital during the IDD’s validity period and attach written proof of rejection (e.g., rental-desk email, citation). We will refund 100 % of your purchase within 7 business days.
2. Digital Delivery Guarantee — On-Time or Free
After your application is complete and approved:

Exclusions – Guarantee void if your upload is illegible, expired, wrong orientation, or if required personal/licence details are incomplete or inaccurate.
3. Unlimited Free Re-Downloads
For the full validity of your IDD you can re-download the PDF from your dashboard anytime at zero cost.
4. Change-of-Mind Refund — 30 Days
•Cancel within 1 hour of purchase → full refund.
•After 1 hour and up to 30 days: a 15 % processing fee applies (priority surcharge is also non-refundable once the PDF has been emailed).
5. Non-Refundable Items
•Priority (express) processing fee once service has been rendered.
•Digital-only orders after the PDF has been emailed and no rejection proof is provided.
6. How to Request a Refund
1.Email support@permitglobal.digital with your order ID.
2.Attach any required evidence (e.g., refusal letter).
3.Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.
